Award Eligibility:  

• A current member of KAHPERD  
• A junior or senior on track towards earning a degree in physical education, health  education or a related discipline (recreation, dance, kinesiology, sport management,  exercise science, fitness/wellness, athletic training)  
• Has a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)  

Award Criteria:  

• Has demonstrated service to school/community/profession (3 to 5 contributions) for a  minimum of two years during the undergraduate career  
• Award recipient will be nominated for the Central District Major of the Year Award
