Continuing Education Options

Educators are required to complete varying forms of professional development activities in order to keep teaching licenses current. KAHPERD helps you meet your continuing education requirements through our partnerships with universities across the state, which accept graduate-level credit for all KAHPERD-sponsored workshops and conventions.

College Credits

  • Graduate credit for each workshop and convention varies. Most KAHPERD-sponsored events provide at least one college graduate credit per event.
  • Cost per credit varies with each university.
